Fat Katz Fenders
For an exciting alternative to the 60-year-old Harley touring front fender, we were happy to work with Fat Katz out of Grass Valley, CA. Among other things, Fat Katz makes a good-looking, American-made steel bagger front fender. We get them in their raw form constructed of 13-gauge cold-rolled steel, including spacers.
Prepping begins with acid etch metal prep. After the metal prep stage, the bare fender is sanded smooth & the welded seam is filled. Following body work & prior to painting, a high solids filler primer & epoxy primer are applied before base & clear coats. And the finished product.
