Custom Design

This Boss Hoss trike came in with a tired, mid 90’s-style paint job begging for a new custom design. With the customer being a die-hard classic car lover, this project immediately took shape. Why not make the body look more like an actual 2/3-scale Corvette, complete with real Corvette tail lights & scaled-to-fit, hand-formed, chrome-plated steel bumperettes!

Spray-on bed liner on the leading edge & complete underside of the body serves 2 purposes – prevent rock chips & scuff marks, plus it looks cool! A local master blacksmith hand formed the 2/3-scale bumperettes to fit the 2/3-scale Boss Hoss body. But let’s let the pictures speak for themselves.
